With the Sea of Cortez to the east, the Pacific to the west and an impressive mountain range in between, Baja is like a majestic theater. Approximately 775 miles in length, the peninsula is divided roughly in half into two states: Baja California and Baja California Sur (BCS). Here, massive rock formations stand tall out of the sea. Crystal blue waters dance along white sandy beaches. And whales gracefully fly through the air. It’s where nature entertains. And there’s never a bad performance. Or a boring moment.
