Your luxury home at JW Marriott Residences Loreto is also your sanctuary. Here, you are amidst one of the world’s most natural and pristine environments. We believe that development within Loreto should respect not only the native cultures, but also their ecological heritage. Pending certification by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™, which provides a suite of internationally-accepted standards for environmentally sustainable construction, JW Marriott Residences Loreto will provide the following eco-development features:
To live in Loreto is to love its charm, civic pride and cultural beauty. Dedicated to preserving this rich heritage, the JW Marriott Residences Loreto development team will donate a percentage of gross home sales to a non-profit foundation in support of important community services and civic stewardship programs. Over the course of the project, this endowment will amount to an estimated $1.6 million to be donated as homes are sold. Beyond that pledge, the development has funded the complete construction of a special needs classroom facility at Loreto’s CAM School for Disabled Children to help improve the lives and opportunities of local children with disabilities. Additional support of community youth has been provided through the donation of beds to a local orphanage, as well as computers and desks to rural Loreto schools.
